He is President & CEO of Bermuda Realty Company Limited, is a licensed real estate salesperson; a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; and a past member of the prestigious Coldwell Banker Chairman’s Circle.
Kendra A. Mello, MA, BComm, CRB
Kendra holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree with a Major in Marketing from Mount Allison University (Canada) and a Masters Degree in International Business and Management from Webster University. Her career in real estate began in 1996 and today she is the General Manager for Bermuda Realty Company Limited; responsible for strategic planning and corporate marketing initiatives. Kendra offers skills in communications, ad design, marketing research, development consultation and group facilitation. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Sarah Faiella, BA
Sarah Faiella received her Real Estate Salesman's License in 2010 and is a member of NARPM (National Association for Residential Property Managers) serving on the National Membership Committee for NARPM as well as an Ethics Sub-committee. She is a graduate of Dalhousie University, Canada.
Sandra Christensen studied at Sheridan College in the Advertising & Marketing program. She is an entrepreneur and property developer who has had a career in event management and ISO 9001 implementation specializing in sales and marketing, promotions and business operations.

Craig Christensen is a Chartered Accountant and Entrepreneur. He co-founded Arthur, Morris Group of Companies in 1978, a financial services firm that has expanded to become Bermuda’s largest independent audit and accountancy firm. Currently he is the owner of Morgans Point, Bermuda.
The Hon. Michael Winfield JP FIH
Mike Winfield served as a Minister and Senator with the Bermuda Government. He is a member of the Board of Tourism, Board member and Chairman of the Governance Committee of the Bermuda Hospital Board and has been involved in Bermuda’s Tourism and Hospitality industry for well over three decades. He has consulted on several projects, served on numerous boards and was most recently President and CEO of Cambridge Beaches, Frascati Hotel Company.

Rob Newton is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (M.R.I.C.S.) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Land Economics gained in 1989 from Sheffield Hallam University (U.K.). He has 14 years post-qualification experience in professional property dealings including such disciplines as valuation, management, development, investment and agency.

Suzanne Stones was educated in the UK, gaining a bachelor honours degree in Management Science from Loughborough University and subsequent Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management, Reading. She has practiced in the public sector in the UK for five years where she gained her professional status as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Lynne Burns is a Vacation Consultant with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty with a background working in Bermuda's international businesses industry. A one time Marketing Manager for one of England's largest garden and retail centers, Lynne also spent several years as a Partner and Senior Account Director for a UK design and marketing agency.
Karen Brine is a veteran Sales representative with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty. Designated as one of the Coldwell Banker President's Elite, she has consistently performed as one of Bermuda’s top sales agents for almost 2 decades. Karen is also an active member of the Company’s Vacation Services team, assisting luxury home owners and guests to make their stay in Bermuda a dream.
Marlene Bicchieri is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Bermuda and two US states. She is also founder of “At Your Service” a personal concierge programme. Marlene is currently employed in fractional hotel sales in Bermuda.

He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and began his career in real estate approximately 10 years ago. Scott Powell, BSc.
Scott Powell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, Babson Park, Massachusetts and a Real Estate Salespersons license. He joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in January, 2004 following 5 years in the residential sector. He is a past President of the Real Estate Division of the Chamber of Commerce.
Tab Froud became a real estate salesperson in 1998. His previous experience in the construction business including installation of cabinetry, interior and exterior painting plus new building construction has been an invaluable asset as his career has developed.

Florence Gillis is currently acting in the capacity of Land Survey Co-ordinator for Bermuda Land Surveys. She has worked with Land Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors and currently supervises a team of registered Bermuda Land Surveyors for Bermuda Realty Company Limited.
Robert MacLellan has a Masters Degree in International Hotel Management from University of Surrey, England where he majored in hotel design and development and wrote his dissertation on international hotel management contracts. He is Managing Director of MacLellan & Associates with over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. His property development experience was gained with Stanhope Properties PLC in London, and with Road Chef Motorways PLC, a catering/retail/hotel/fuel distribution company.
Joel Crocker specializes in financial modelling, accounts analysis and valuations. He graduated from University of Waterloo in Canada, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and has completed three certification programmes at Cornell University in New York (including Real Estate, Development and Hotel Investment). Joel holds a C.H.A. designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and is a Member of the Institute of Hospitality. Based in St. Lucia, he has over ten years of Caribbean resort senior management experience followed by nine years in hotel real estate consultancy in the region.
